Job Requirements
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Willing to work 6 days (including weekends and public holidays)
- Pleasant personality
- Basic customer service skills
- Good work ethics (integrity, teamwork, punctuality, respect)
- Working hours: 1.45pm to 10pm or 2.15pm to 10.30pm
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at all times (e.g.: greet customers, suggestive sell, taking orders and handle enquiries)
- Handle cash payment
- Tally physical stock (bread/cakes) quantities against delivery order
- Fax outlet orders to factory on time
- To tally daily cash settlement with Outlet Supervisor
- Mandatory to wear gloves when handling food
- To ensure bread / cakes are properly display at all times
- Enforces all products (breads/cakes) are serve within expiry dates
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company’s image
